Under the hood

From alert to fix in 4 steps.

No dashboard to learn. No runbook to write. Just connect and go.

How it works

From alert to fix in four steps — no runbooks, no dashboards.

01

Connect AWS

Drop in a CloudFormation template. 2 minutes. No CLI required. Read-only access by default.

02

Alert fires

CloudWatch triggers ConvOps the moment a threshold is breached. Not after you've been paged.

03

AI investigates

While you're still waking up, ConvOps has already read the logs, checked what changed, and worked out why it broke.

04

You reply

Get the diagnosis on WhatsApp or Slack. Reply with a number. ConvOps confirms before acting.

Frequently asked questions

Does ConvOps modify anything in my AWS account?
No. ConvOps operates with a read-only IAM role. The only action ConvOps triggers is an SNS subscription — it never creates, modifies, or deletes AWS resources. Remediation actions (like restarting an ECS task) are executed only after you explicitly confirm via WhatsApp reply.
What happens if ConvOps is down when an alert fires?
Your existing SNS topic continues to work independently. You will still receive the raw CloudWatch alert as you do today. ConvOps is purely additive — it never replaces your existing alerting path.
How long does the AWS connection take?
Under 2 minutes. ConvOps provides a CloudFormation template that creates the read-only IAM role and updates your SNS topic subscription. No CLI required.
Which AWS services does ConvOps support?
EC2, ECS, RDS, Lambda, ElastiCache, SQS, and ALB out of the box. More services are added monthly. Enterprise customers can request custom service support.
Can I test ConvOps before connecting production?
Yes. You can connect a staging AWS account, or use the in-app demo to fire a simulated incident and receive a sample WhatsApp diagnosis.
